RETURN
Return requests must be made through our WhatsApp or Email service channels within 7 business days of receiving the product. We will send you step-by-step instructions for returning the product. The cost of return shipping will be the same as the shipping cost, to be paid by the customer. For the return to be approved, the product must be in the same condition as when received, meeting the following requirements:
1. The products must have their original boxes. The shoe bag is considered part of the product.
2. The product must be sent in a sealed package that protects it during transportation.
3. The product cannot show any signs of damage, use, washing or modification (adjustments in size or groove in the sole). If it is found that it does not meet the conditions, the return will not be approved. The product will be returned to the customer with freight collect. If the product meets the conditions, ÉXI will proceed with the refund, which will take place within 30 days.
