* Orders placed on our website or through our customer service channels will always be shipped within 3 business days via DHL.
* Standard delivery for DHL may vary. Check the deadline in the checkout field.
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact exishoes@exishoes.com, or via WhatsApp, indicating your order number. We will send you the step-by-step guide for the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the product does not meet the above characteristics, the return will be undone, and the consumer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
